112. ΝΑΥΠΗΓΙΚΟ ΜΙΣΟ ΜΟΝΤΕΛΟ ΤΟΥ Α/Π L. FAFALIOS, πρώην Roman, 1900. Κλίμακα 1:48. Όπως το ναυπηγικό μισό μοντέλο του Α/Π Georgios Michalinos, έτσι κι αυτό το μισό μοντέλο έχει πλάτη-καθρέφτη για να δημιουργεί την εντύπωση του πλήρους ομοιώματος.  Το πλοίο αυτό ναυπηγήθηκε για λογαριασμό της εταιρίας Φαφαλιός της Χίου, από τα ναυπηγεία McKay Thompson της Γλασκώβης στη Σκωτία το 1900, και ήταν σχετικά μικρό πλοίο (μόνο 1.216 τόνων dwt), τύπου «long-quarterdeck».  Έχει τέσσερα αμπάρια και εμφανίζει χαρακτηριστικά ατμόπλοιου του 19ου αι.: κατακόρυφη πλώρη, στρογγυλή πρύμνη, χαμηλή και ανοιχτή γέφυρα, ελαφρά κεκλιμένους ιστούς και τσιμινιέρα και βοηθητικό τιμόνι στην πρύμνη. Όπως τα ομοιώματα των ιστιοφόρων έτσι και αυτά τα ομοιώματα, αν εξεταστούν με βάση τη χρονολογική τους διαδοχή, παρουσιάζουν την εξέλιξη των εμπορικών ατμόπλοιων και ντιζελοπλοίων κατά τη διάρκεια του περασμένου αιώνα: Α/Π Georgios Michalinos, (αρ. 58), Α/Π L. Fafalios (112), Α/Π Delphin πρώην Amersham (114), Α/Π Μαρουκώ Πατέρα (115), Α/Π Psara πρώην John W. Searles (106), MS Costis (117), MS ή Α/Π Dimitris S. (59), MBC Anastasia (118), MBC Khian Island (120) και MBC Nea Tyche (121).

112. BUILDERΥS HALF-MODEL OF SS L. FAFALIOS, ex Roman, 1900. Scale: 1:48. Like the builder's half-model of SS Georgios Michalinos, No. 58, this half-model relies on a mirror backing to give an impression of the whole ship's hull.  The original ship, built by McKay Thompson shipyard in Glasgow, Scotland, in the same year 1900, was much smaller (only 1.216 dwt tons), of the "long-quarterdeck" hull type.  It has four hatches and shows features typical of late 19th century steamers: a plumb bow, counter stern, low open bridge and slightly aft-raking masts and funnel, and an emergency steering wheel exposed on the stern fantail. As with the sailing ships, these models, viewed in historical succession, illustrate changes in the evolution of steam-and motor-powered merchant ships during the past century or more, beginning with SS Georgios Michalinos (No. 58), SS L. Fafalios (112), SS Delphin ex Amersham (114), SS Marouko Patera (115), SS Psara ex John W. Searles (106), MS Costis (117), MS Dimitris S. (59), MBC Anastasia (118), MBC Khian Island (120) and MBC Nea Tyche (121).
